Shipping Across Lebanon

At Whisktaker, we deliver across Lebanon to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Delivery Days & Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Orders are typically delivered within 0–4 business days from the date they are placed.

Estimated delivery times:

Central Beirut: Same-day or next-day delivery
Around Beirut: Same-day or next-day delivery
Greater Beirut: Within 2 business days
Rest of Lebanon: Within 2–4 business days

Orders placed during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or special events may experience slight delays. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or on public holidays when our operations are closed.

Our team may contact you during order processing to confirm your delivery date, provide an estimated delivery window, or request additional information if needed.

Customers may also collect their orders directly from our Beirut kitchen upon request.

We are pleased to offer delivery across Syria.

Delivery Days & Hours:
Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Estimated delivery times:

Damascus: Same-day or next-business-day delivery
Major Cities (Homs, Hama, Latakia, Tartous): 1–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, weather conditions, and the accuracy of the delivery address provided.

Orders placed during public holidays, peak seasons, or promotional campaigns may require additional processing time.

Pickup in Damascus

Customers in Syria are welcome to collect their orders directly from our pickup location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. During the checkout process, you will be asked to select your preferred delivery method based on your location.

Our current shipping rates are as follows:

Express Delivery within Beirut (under 2 hours): USD 5
Same or Next-Day Delivery within Beirut: USD 3
All Other Areas in Lebanon: USD 4
Delivery within Damascus, Syria: USD 3
Other Cities in Syria: Shipping charges vary depending on the destination and will be calculated before order confirmation or at checkout.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it to ensure the products match your purchase, including the item, size, and quantity. If your order does not match what you purchased, you may request a return and refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
