Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 jar Whisktaker’s Original Curry Sauce
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
  • Toasted almonds or coconut flakes for topping (optional)
  • Instructions:

    1. Sauté Aromatics:
      Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. 

    2. Incorporate Whisktaker’s Curry Sauce:
      Add Whisktaker’s Original Curry Sauce to the pan and stir for 1 minute to coat the onions with its rich, spiced flavors.

    3. Add Vegetables:
      Toss in the diced sweet potatoes and stir well to combine.

    4. Simmer the Curry:
      Add the chickpeas. Stir everything together and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes until the sweet potatoes are tender.

    5. Finish the Dish:
      Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice to taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

    6. Serve:
