A fragrant and rich shrimp curry featuring Whisktaker’s Original Curry Sauce. Perfectly balanced with coconut flavors and paired with fluffy white rice, this dish offers a comforting, wholesome meal without any dairy!

Ingredients
Main Ingredients:
- 1 jar Whisktaker Original Curry Sauce
- 500g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup peas
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (optional, for extra creaminess)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- 1 lime, halved
For the Rice Side:
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Shrimp Curry Preparation:
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until soft, about 3 minutes.
- Add the bell pepper, carrot, and peas. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Pour in the Whisktaker Original Curry Sauce and coconut milk (if using) and stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- Squeeze in half a lime and stir. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
How to Make Fluffy White Rice:
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the rice and salt.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-18 minutes until the water is absorbed.
- Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
