Penne Pasta with chicken meatballs and vegetarian pasta sauce from Whisk Taker.
Recipe for 3 to 4 persons:
1 Jar Vegetarian Pasta Sauce
2 cups penne pasta (uncooked)
1/2 kg chicken meatballs
tbsp vegetable oil
Grated Cheese (we used Parmesan)
Parsley leaves Topping
1- Boil the penne pasta in salty water as specified on their box.
2- In a pan, heat the oil and fry the meatballs until golden brown.
3- Add the penne pasta and the sauce from the jar into this pan.
4- Let the sauce simmer for few minutes.
5- Grate the cheese over the dishes and sprinkle the parsley leaves.
