This Tex-Mex inspired burrito wrap is fun, flavorful, and fast. Whisktaker’s Classic Salsa adds just the right amount of spice and Mexican vibes, making it a family favorite for weeknight dinners or weekend treats. (Hide some to dip your nacho chips!)

Ingredients

750g ground beef

1 jar Whisktaker Classic Salsa (use half for cooking, half for topping)

6 tortilla wraps

2 cups cooked rice (yellow or plain, as preferred, u can also recycle leftover rice)

1 can of red or black beans (optional)

1 onion, finely chopped
-
1 red bell pepper, diced
-
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, edam or Mexican mix)

Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
Preparation

In a skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.

Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in half a jar of Whisktaker Classic Salsa and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.

Lay out tortilla wraps. Fill each with rice, beans, beef mix, shredded cheese, and fresh parsley/cilantro.

Top with an extra spoon of Whisktaker Classic Salsa.

Roll tightly into burritos. Toast on a dry skillet or sandwich press until golden and slightly crispy.

Slice in half and serve hot.
